Recently, the 5th "Aosheng Cup" Company-wide Staff Vocational Skills Competition, sponsored by the Pingwang Town Federation of Trade Unions and undertaken by the Trade Union of Aosheng Technology, was successfully held. Hundreds of frontline employees from all workshops and positions competed on the same stage. The event promoted learning and practice through competitions, sparking a company-wide upsurge of "comparing technical proficiency, striving with diligence, and pursuing excellence".
Tailored to the practical demands of frontline production, the competition featured six contest categories: yarn splicing, packaging, quality inspection, heating plate heating principles via temperature controller, test programming and UT testing, covering core roles including production operation, quality control and technical R&D. To ensure professionalism and impartiality, all events adopted a two-dimensional assessment model combining theoretical examinations and practical operation contests. The theoretical part assessed employees’ mastery of job standards and professional principles, while the practical segment put their accumulated hands-on expertise to the test, striking a balance between operation speed and precision.
The competition venue was filled with a fervent, high-spirited competitive atmosphere: At the yarn connecting stations, contestants moved their fingers swiftly with fluid, seamless motions, showcasing their well-honed craftsmanship perfected over years of practice. In the quality inspection zone, every participant kept their eyes sharply focused, never overlooking the tiniest flaws, upholding the first line of defense for product quality with rigorous standards. On the technical competition grounds, competitors calmly adjusted and fine-tuned parameters, fully demonstrating the technical expertise they had delved into and mastered in daily work.
The participating employees strove to outperform one another without yielding an inch. They not only displayed their well-honed professional skills in the competitions, but also identified new paths for skill improvement through mutual communication, fully embodying the dedication to excellence and high-spirited demeanor of all Aosheng personnel.
After multiple rounds of fierce competition, a total of 9 first prize winners, 12 second prize winners, 17 third prize winners and 24 honorable mention recipients were selected across all categories of the contest. The Aosheng Company Trade Union prepared generous and thoughtful prizes for all awardees, including practical daily necessities such as electric scooters, washing machines, refrigerators and laundry detergent, offering tangible recognition for every bit of hard work they put in.
