On July 7, a delegation of more than 40 young Hong Kong students organized by Power of Politics Virtue arrived in Suzhou and visited Aosheng Hi-Tech. Through on-site visits and exchanges with the enterprise’s management, they gained first-hand insight into the robust momentum of scientific and technological innovation in the Chinese mainland. Amid the integrated industrial development of Jiangsu and Hong Kong, they shared their patriotism and the mission of building a powerful nation.
The visit officially kicked off in the exhibition hall of Aosheng Hi-Tech. The docent gave the young students a detailed overview of the company’s development journey, full-industry-chain layout, application scenarios of core products and corporate honors and achievements. As a Hong Kong-invested enterprise rooted in Suzhou for many years, Aosheng Hi-Tech has long focused on carbon fiber composite materials. It consistently strengthens the independent and controllable capacity of its industrial chain, tackles key bottleneck technologies in the industry through scientific and technological innovation to shore up weak links and fill market gaps, evolving into a benchmark enterprise in Suzhou’s new materials sector.
Inside the exhibition hall, a range of innovative lightweight and high-performance carbon fiber products caught the students’ eyes and made them stop repeatedly. Exhibits including carbon fiber laptop casings, carbon fiber drones, carbon fiber hydrogen storage cylinders, lightweight carbon fiber auto parts and carbon fiber wind turbine blades drew the group into lively discussions.
Chairman Xu Wen Qian held in-depth exchanges with the young Hong Kong students by reviewing the long-term coordinated development trajectory of Jiangsu and Hong Kong. He stated that Suzhou boasts a complete manufacturing industrial chain, abundant science and technology support policies and extensive industrial application scenarios. Rooted in the motherland and connected to the rest of the world, Hong Kong enjoys the advantages of an international vision and mature cross-border resource coordination capabilities. For years, the in-depth cooperation between Jiangsu and Hong Kong in industries, finance, youth exchanges and other fields has fostered a sound development environment for numerous Hong Kong-invested enterprises including Aosheng Hi-Tech, and also built a broad platform for Hong Kong youth to integrate into the country’s overall development.

More young people from Hong Kong are welcome to work and start businesses in Suzhou, and discover their own career paths at the forefront of industrial integration between Jiangsu and Hong Kong.
2、Young Hong Kong students are encouraged to broaden their global horizons and take the initiative to integrate their personal growth plans into the country’s overall development. Leveraging the link-up strengths of Jiangsu and Hong Kong, they can not only take root locally to deepen industrial development, but also dare to go global to participate in international competition, demonstrating the innovative prowess of Chinese youth amid the trend of two-way opening-up.
This visit allowed the young Hong Kong students to witness firsthand how Hong Kong-invested enterprises have grown into industry benchmarks thanks to the coordinated empowerment of Jiangsu and Hong Kong. They gained a genuine sense of the innovation vitality and development potential of the Chinese mainland and benefited tremendously. Looking ahead, they hope to more closely align their personal growth with national development, and realize their youthful value amid the integrated development of Jiangsu and Hong Kong.
