All employees of Aosheng promise:

1.Adhere to the principles of "abiding by the law, integrity, fairness and science", and resolutely refuse commercial bribery, bribery and other improper commercial activities as gifts.

2. During the period of employment, it is prohibited to accept any gifts from suppliers, partners, contractors, etc. in the name of the company or as an individual, such as directly or indirectly soliciting or accepting money, items, securities and any form of gifts and cash including but not limited to cash, checks, credit cards, etc.

3. During the period of employment, one is not allowed to take part-time jobs in any supplier, partner, contractor or other department.

4. During the period of employment, one must not take advantage of the granted rights or, for the convenience of work, demand bribes from any suppliers, partners, contractors, etc., or abuse power for personal gain.

5. During the period of employment, one is not allowed to participate in any subsidies provided by suppliers, partners, contractors, etc., or in any entertainment activities paid for with public funds (including commercial karaoke bars, dance halls, nightclubs and other entertainment venues).

6. During the period of employment, one shall not arrange or introduce relatives or friends to undertake projects or supply materials, finished products, semi-finished products and equipment within the scope of projects of partners, contractors, etc.

Respect human rights:

Our company has established a regular communication and dialogue channel for employees, ensuring that they have the right to obtain information and express their opinions on the company's management and operation activities and decisions.

2. The company promises to prohibit forced and compulsory labor. All employees must be voluntarily employed. No department or individual of the company may collect currency, physical goods, etc. from employees entering the company as a "deposit for company entry", nor may they detain or mortgage employees' resident identity cards, temporary residence permits or other documents that prove their personal identities. The company strictly prohibits any department or individual from physically punishing, beating, searching or insulting employees, as well as locking the workplace and collective dormitories for employees to restrict their personal freedom. 3. The company strictly prohibits harassment and abuse. All employees are prohibited from engaging in sexual harassment such as meaningful approaches, requests for sexual pleasure, or other physical or verbal expressions with sexual connotations. No one is allowed to abuse employees, including management cadres and security personnel, including both mental and physical abuse. No manager is allowed to verbally humiliate or intimidate employees.

4. The company strictly prohibits discrimination. Our company stipulates that in all aspects related to employees' treatment, including recruitment, salary, benefits, training, promotion, contract termination, retirement, etc., employees shall not be treated differently on the grounds of race, social status, place of origin, religious belief, age, disability, gender, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, being an employee representative, political connection, etc.

5. If employees feel they are being forced into labor, they can report the matter to the department head or the Human Resources Department for investigation and handling. They can also submit a written complaint to the "Trade Union Suggestion Box", and the trade union will investigate and handle it.
