On the afternoon of July 24, Aosheng Hi-Tech Portugal Co., Ltd. and INEGI (Institute of Science and Innovation in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The two parties will cooperate on technological innovation for the recycling and circular utilization of composite materials, and jointly explore innovative pathways for the green and sustainable development of advanced composite materials.

Following the signing ceremony, led by Professor Nuno Correia, the Aosheng team visited INEGI’s research laboratories. The team gained a comprehensive understanding of its research platforms and innovative achievements in the fields of composite materials, advanced manufacturing, material testing, additive manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing. In-depth discussions were conducted focusing on the development trends of composite material recycling technology and prospective cooperation opportunities.

Both parties will jointly promote research on technologies related to composite material recycling and circular utilization, accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements into industrial applications, and provide innovative solutions for the green and low-carbon development and sustainable manufacturing of the industry.
