On the afternoon of January 29th, Xu Wen Qian, Chairman of Aosheng Technology, attended the 4th General Meeting of the 2nd Session of the Wujiang District Overseas Chinese Business Association and the Spring Festival Gala Dinner. As the President of the Wujiang District Overseas Chinese Business Association, Chairman Xu Wen Qian, entrusted by the Second Council of the Wujiang District Overseas Chinese Business Association, delivered a work report to the assembly.
He stated that over the past year, the Wujiang District Overseas Chinese Business Association, guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the symposium on private enterprises, and under the strong leadership of the District Committee and District Government and the attention and support of higher-level overseas Chinese federations, all members have worked together diligently and strived for progress. Focusing on the primary task of high-quality development and the core functions of “serving the overall situation, serving overseas Chinese, and serving development,” the association comprehensively promoted its work from three dimensions: building a strong foundation, integrating wisdom, and nurturing hearts, promoting the high-quality leap forward of overseas Chinese enterprises, and contributing overseas Chinese wisdom and strength to helping Wujiang “shoulder major responsibilities, lead the way, and serve as a model.”
2026 will be the first year of the “15th Five-Year Plan.” The District Overseas Chinese Business Association will take “innovation and breakthroughs, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement” as its main theme, focusing on “five deepening aspects,” and taking the cultivation and growth of new productive forces as the core driving force, to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of overseas Chinese businesses and Wujiang’s economic and social development.
As the President of the Wujiang District Overseas Chinese Business Association, Chairman Xu Wen Qian has always taken “Uniting overseas Chinese communities and harnessing their collective strength” as his mission, actively building a platform for exchange and cooperation among overseas Chinese businesses, and promoting resource sharing and complementary advantages among member enterprises. Chairman Xu Wen Qian has always regarded serving the development of overseas Chinese businesses and promoting regional economic integration as his core work, giving full play to the unique advantages of overseas Chinese businesses in “connecting China and the world,” and actively promoting overseas Chinese enterprises to participate in the “going out” and “bringing in” aspects of the new dual-circulation development pattern.
Overseas Chinese businesses are the “golden calling card” of Wujiang’s open development.
