On 30 December, over forty young students from the Hong Kong Jiangsu Youth Association visited AOSHENG HI-TECH. Through this on-site visit, they built a bridge for exchanges between young people from Jiangsu and Hong Kong, helping Hong Kong youth gain a deeper understanding of the trajectory of national technological development and fostering a profound sense of patriotism. During the visit, Mr Ren Jianmin, Deputy General Manager of AOSHENG HI-TECH, extended a warm welcome.
At the AOSHENG HI-TECH corporate exhibition hall, through the staff's vivid and engaging explanations, the young students gained a systematic understanding of AOSHENG HI-TECH's diversified industrial layout in the field of carbon fibre composite materials, its innovative products, and their downstream application scenarios. The students paused before exhibits such as lightweight automotive components and drone structural parts, marvelling at the role of materials science in driving industrial upgrading.
Through equipment upgrades and enhanced R&D capabilities, the AOSHENG HI-TECH Key Laboratory has overcome technical barriers, solidified the foundations for high-end manufacturing, and accelerated the efficient conversion of scientific achievements into tangible productivity. The demonstrator provided a detailed explanation of experimental procedures including material mechanical property testing and microstructural analysis. The laboratory's sophisticated instrumentation and the technicians' expert operational skills afforded students a more intuitive and profound understanding of technological innovation.
In the smart production workshop, students observed the efficient operation of automated production lines along the viewing corridor. Workshop guides provided accessible explanations of the entire processing journey from raw materials to finished products, with the fully digitalised control model revolutionising their perceptions of traditional manufacturing.
As a practitioner of cultural exchange between Suzhou and Hong Kong youth, AOSHENG HI-TECH actively supports the ‘Hong Kong Youth Mainland Technology Tour’ initiative. By facilitating visits from exchange delegations and organising summer internships for Hong Kong students, the company helps them gain deeper insights into the mainland's employment and entrepreneurship environment, striving to build more diverse platforms for Hong Kong youth to integrate into the nation's broader development landscape.
Witnessing the Mainland's technological achievements firsthand significantly strengthened the Hong Kong youths' recognition of the nation's development path. These multi-faceted, in-depth exchange activities further planted the seeds of patriotism and love for Hong Kong in their hearts. As the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy advances, young people from Jiangsu and Hong Kong are forging a new era of mutual prosperity between the ‘Pearl of the Orient’ and the ‘Prosperous Land of Jiangnan’ through the bond of technology.
