Summer features initiatives such as frontline staff refreshment drives, employee recuperation retreats, card game tournaments, and cultural arts festivals. Autumn brings diverse themed activities including book exchange sessions, basketball tournaments, and an autumn sports meet. Winter conveys corporate care through hairy crab feasts and Winter Solstice dumpling-making events. Additionally, the trade union consistently implements a ‘Monthly Birthday Celebration’ system, extending birthday wishes to every employee, significantly enhancing their sense of belonging and well-being.
